In this module, Prof. Chevalier focuses on the use of ceramics in implants. First, he will introduce the different ceramics and their main properties. Then, he will focus on the use of the zirconia ceramics for dental implants, their manufacturing processes, surface modifications and how it may affect osseointegration.

To earn CE credits a lecture has to be watched completely and the referring exam needs to be passed. An exam is passed if at least 70% of all answers are correct.

The exam can be repeated twice. Each re-examination can be taken after anytime.
