Initial Exam

Get to know your patient! Here you‘ll find all the relevant
medical and dental history.

Patient history

Chief complaint

The patient complains about the old ceramic reconstructions showing visible margins. He would like to obtain a fixed reconstruction and has high aesthetic expectations. It is important to him not to lose his upper front teeth (his private dentist suggested to extract them all). The patient is worried about receding gums and says that the recession took place due to inflammation.
