Patient history

Chief complaint

The patient suffered a crown-root-fracture with involvement of the pulpa on both his central incisors 15 years ago, while falling off a wall. Since then the teeth were treated multiple times (crown and composite-resin), but unfortunately with limited success. Now he seeks for a long-lasting and esthetically pleasing solution, to reinstate his complete oral health.
