With over 8000 members the DGI is the biggest association of implantology in Europe and the biggest association for dental medicine in Germany and aims to promote scientific dental research and practical development. Modern concepts make implant therapy much easier but at the same time medical procedures become more complex and the spectrum of treatments increases every day.
